I once thought everyone around me could see what I saw, but (very oddly) refused to acknowledge it. To me, what’s coming down the pike is that obvious. Just necessary consequences of what is.

I did learn not to say, “I told you so.” After the fire has already started, there’s no point. We can’t go back in time, and the reminder just upsets people.

Eventually, I realised that having Kairotic Flow as my internal compass and lens is an enormous advantage in big picture observing and orienting. I don’t know why Kairotic Flow is in my bones. It just is.

Looking through the lens of Kairotic Flow brings orienting insights to what’s going on in a situation, and what must come next, and what is needed to transform operating conditions that inevitably generate corruption and disorientation. As soon as I have a decent sense of the situation I’m observing, those insights come fast.

My purpose now is to share Kairotic Flow. Mostly, that’s about developing materials to help others get it into their own bones so they can apply it to their situation and orient themselves. Phronesis.
